"Lack of empathy"
Lucy was a very unprofessional agent with little knowledge of rental laws. She tried to bully and harrass me and sent me other tenants details mistaking the 2 properties. her properties are full of mould and falling apart but she continues to rent them for more money. Definitely the worst agent I've encountered in 20 years of renting.

"Lucy exceeded my expectations"
Lucy exceeded my expectations. We've all had those bad experienced either with lack of communication or just getting nowhere. I was struggling for weeks at another local agent. "Best operators out there"
Anna and the OBrien Real Esate Blackburn staff have been the best operators that I have ever dealt with in the real estate industry based on their customer care, attentive and professional approach in managing everything required to keep my property functioning for the benefit of the tenants and in general being extremely trustworthy owners that take care of landlords and tenants. Recently I went overseas for 5 months leaving 100 percent delegation of authority to the team in my absence. They managed to have a quick turnaround time in securing a new tenant to enjoy the home which made the tenant change a stressless experience. It also gained even more faith and credibility in their services on offer. I would highly recommend Anna and the staff for they have something special and they get the best results. It has been more than 2 years and an absolute joyful experience being linked to their rentals and having the Blackburn team to work with. Best operators out there that have incredible pride in their work.

Lucy Christian became my property manager after Anna Molinaro moved to another role in the company. Both ladies are very knowledgeable and professional in the way how they conduct their work. Lucy has been an incredible communicator and she dealt with the difficult issues professional and effectively. I am extremely fortunate to have her to be my property manger. "Vibrant and accomodating"
I merely walked in... enquiring whether there were any Rentals available? The Receptionist, Lucy, was sooooo vibrant and accomodating. She immediately spoke to the Agents in-house and organised inspections on the spot. As it turns out, I chose the very first property, deeming it great value, and the standard was terrific. I would recommend OBriens Service each and every time.
