"Great Service"
Lyn was excellent to deal with and faciliated a very quick sale for us at a great price. We are not local, so Lyn took control of all our issues that arose locatlly and was very hangs on in her appraoch. Communication was good and Lyn always made herself available including at weekends, so she went above and beyond in securing a smooth sale process as possible. We would highly recommend Lyn as a quality agent who set realistic expecatations but was happy to work with us in meeting our requirements.

I found working with Lyn and enjoyable expierice as she was increditbily diligentm had a very good local market knowledge and was friendly and helpful. We all hear stories of disenaged lazy agents, but Lyn is the exact opposite and consquently a pleasure to deal with. I can't recommend Lyn highly enough and look forward to working with her again.

Lyn was perfect for me. We clicked within minutes of speaking with each other. I wanted to an honest, skilled and experienced person with heart who could sell my house as quicly as possible. Lyn turned out to be that and more. Houses in Hepburn were selling within a one year period, but my house was sold within 6 months. This was of course due to many factors, one being myself believing that my house would sell quickly and the rest due to Lyn herself. Lyne always told me the truth and how it really was, not what I wanted to hear. Lyn was always reachable for any I had, even to just chat about my worries and fears. We both worked at selling. my home together and with Lyn's help and proven capabilities, we did, unbelievely quickly.
