Lyn was excellent to deal with and faciliated a very quick sale for us at a great price. We are not local, so Lyn took control of all our issues that arose locatlly and was very hangs on in her appraoch. Communication was good and Lyn always made herself available including at weekends, so she went above and beyond in securing a smooth sale process as possible. We would highly recommend Lyn as a quality agent who set realistic expecatations but was happy to work with us in meeting our requirements.
It was good communication and easy sale with Lyn Orr
I found working with Lyn and enjoyable expierice as she was increditbily diligentm had a very good local market knowledge and was friendly and helpful. We all hear stories of disenaged lazy agents, but Lyn is the exact opposite and consquently a pleasure to deal with. I can't recommend Lyn highly enough and look forward to working with her again.
To say this sale ended up being more complicated than we thought is a massive understatement. Lyn persevered with good humour and complete professionalism. We go there in the end and I am left with a great deal of respect for Lyn, along with enourmous gratitute. I unresevedly recommend Lyn
Lyn was professional yet had a friendly manner. She fit in with my husband and I with dates & times, often at short notice. Would high recommend working with Lyn
Lyn sold 3 properties for me and did a great job with the sales. Very good, experienced agent is Lyn
Lyn was perfect for me. We clicked within minutes of speaking with each other. I wanted to an honest, skilled and experienced person with heart who could sell my house as quicly as possible. Lyn turned out to be that and more. Houses in Hepburn were selling within a one year period, but my house was sold within 6 months. This was of course due to many factors, one being myself believing that my house would sell quickly and the rest due to Lyn herself. Lyne always told me the truth and how it really was, not what I wanted to hear. Lyn was always reachable for any I had, even to just chat about my worries and fears. We both worked at selling. my home together and with Lyn's help and proven capabilities, we did, unbelievely quickly.
