We recently purchased our Torquay property through Links Real Estate Lynne made our buying experience one of joy , ease and simplicity. She was so enthusiastic and helpful at all times. Nothing was a problem and no question or enquiry went unanswered. She was just as excited about our purchase as we were. A great experience all round
Lynne is a real estate fire cracker. She delivers results. We sold our property within three days of our first open house. When we needed Lynne to act swiftly in securing the sale she did. When we needed guidance through our nerves, she did with grace. We can't thank Lynne and Suzy enough for their efforts. We met with multiple agents but knew instantly that Links Property were the right fit because their approach was sophisticated and refreshing.
Lynne and Suzy are amazing .. Love my property purchase but everything easy with their professionalism & style !! 10 points gals
The service provided by both Lynne and Suzie to ensure an excellent result was outstanding. I would highly recommend Links Property.
Lynne was a great communicator who always kept us up to date with any relevant information! She did her best to help us through the whole process of selling our block, which made it stress free and easy for us!
Lynnes communication and market knowledge is outstanding. Lynne was amazing to deal with and we were guided through each step of the process in purchasing our dream home. We would highly recommend Lynne, Suzy and the team to anyone looking to buy/sell. Thanks so much, we cant wait to move in!!
After my first meeting with Links it was clear - the agent to entrust the sale of my beloved property to. They really delved in to research what we love, & the neighbourhood. Not once did they focus on any negatives. They were passionate from the start. Fast forward 1 week, stylist (free consult/report), photos, and it was live. A mere 4 DAYS after the first inspection (strategic marketing & 19 interested groups) & I was signing a contract- they delivered the price we wanted! Amazing service!
Lynne and Suzie are great girls to work with. They give you honest advice and are extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Combine that with their positivity makes selling with them a pleasant process. This is our second home we have sold with them and we are really happy with the outcome!
Lynne & Suzy managed my expectations and delivered a sale of our house within 3 weeks in the middle of winter, and that's pretty impressive. But more than that they were honest, compassionate and guided me through, what was an emotional transaction as well as the financial one! These are 2 lovely human beings with razor sharp business acumen!
