Lynne was very welcoming and approachable right from the first telephone contact I had with her. Being over 1000km away and not really knowing the area it was fantastic to have her local knowledge and advice. Her documentation was extremely thorough and any questions were answered without hesitation. We have also bought an additional property through her in the nearby area.
Right from the moment we engaged Lynne she was helpful with advice on how to present our home, her forthright manner built our confidence, at no stage did she make unrealistic statements of house price. Each open home, Lynne would arrive early to set up her display and ensure that the house looked welcoming - lights,fans, access doors etc. Upon completion of the session Lynne would securely lock up the house we felt that she took a lot of personal responsibility about the sale
