Mandy Ellis-Clarke was recommended to me after she sold my sisters home within a few days of it being listed. I had been delaying putting my house on the market because, due to work and other commitments, I simply didnt have time to prepare the house for sale. Mandy told me that she would take care of everything and she was absolutely true to her word, organising cleaning, maintenance, and garden work. Mandy did everything - sourced amazing trades people, provided quotes before any work was agreed to and was at the house to supervise and make sure everything met her exacting standards. I really didnt have to worry about anything and the house was then beautifully marketed and sold. I had complete trust and confidence in Mandys real estate knowledge and the advice that she provided. I cant speak highly enough about how amazingly energetic and hard working Mandy was throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Mandy Ellis- Clarke to anyone wanting to sell their home.
