We chose Marco and Rich and Oliva to sell our house because they came across as the most personal and engaging, and easy to deal with. They were very accessible to us at all times including after hours). They were happy to field our questions - no matter how out of field, and they were very responsive to all requests we made. We knew this attitude would resonate with buyers as well. We were kept informed of all potential buyers and their interest levels along the way. I met Marco from Rich & Oliva through a friend of mine who were selling their home with them. On our first meeting I felt very comfortable with his approach.
