My journey with Margaret as our real estate agent has been nothing short of extraordinary. Her remarkable professionalism, in-depth knowledge of the local market, and unwavering commitment to her clients make her a standout in her field. Our history with Margaret includes selling eight properties through her, purchasing two properties for which she was the agent for the seller, and experiencing her dedication firsthand. Here are some of the many reasons why Margaret is truly exceptional: Fair Commission Rates: Margaret's fairness extends beyond just property pricing. She is also fair on commission rates, ensuring that her clients get excellent value for the service she provides. This commitment to fairness sets her apart in an industry where commission structures can vary widely. Maximizing Property Value: Margaret's ability to secure an outcome that exceeded our expectations by $230,000.00 speaks volumes about her expertise. While other agents were suggesting lower market values, Margaret's deep understanding of the local market allowed her to accurately assess the true worth of our property. Her pricing strategy proved to be spot-on, resulting in a significantly higher sale price. Client-Centered Approach: Margaret's dedication to understanding our unique goals for each sale was truly remarkable. She presented a clear and effective marketing strategy that demonstrated her dedication to selling our properties. Expertise and Knowledge: Margaret is undoubtedly one of the most knowledgeable and experienced real estate agents in the area. She possesses an intimate understanding of market trends, property values, and the intricacies of the local market. Her guidance and insights were invaluable throughout our transactions. Exceptional Care and Trust: Trust is a critical element in any real estate relationship, and Margaret excels in this department. Her genuine care for her clients' well-being and her commitment to building trust with every interaction make her an agent you can rely on without hesitation. In conclusion, Margaret's exceptional track record of successfully selling eight properties, her honest and enthusiastic approach, her fair commission rates, and her ability to achieve results far beyond market expectations make her a rare find in the real estate industry. I wholeheartedly recommend Margaret to anyone in need of a dedicated, knowledgeable, and trustworthy real estate professional.
Marg was so helpful throughout the whole process. This was my first time selling a property and without her help I would have felt very overwhelmed. Even after settlement she was still available at all hours to help with enquiries. She made the whole process very easy!
