"Unprofessional and Rude"
As a loyal tenant on just over 3 years with an excellent record, We have found our dealings with Property Manager, Maria Kominakis Belle Realestate Mount Waverely highly disappointing and unprofessional. We are disgusted as to how a so-called professional has been degrading to the point where most repairs were pushed back on to us. She Tried to threaten us out of our bond money, among making other false accusations. Having had previous great experiences with other managing agents, I would seriously avoid dealing with people of this nature. A shame there are no 0 ratings available.
