We recently entrusted Marilyn and Grant to sell our house in Settlers Hills, Baldivis. To say the least we were very impressed with the outcome. Marilyn and Grant gave us excellent advice regarding the method of sale and a suggested price, together with a good marketing strategy and campaign. The house sold, within our target range, after only one home open! Throughout the whole process, their communications with us were excellent (both from the Real estate and the Settlement branches), meaning that we clearly understood where we were in the process and what needed to be done next. We would thoroughly recommend Marilyn and Grant to anybody considering the sale of their property. David and Marion
