We purchased a house of Marius and ended the sale during the 3 day cooling off period mainly due to Marius' demeanour and conduct. During a building inspection Marius was in attendance. During the inspection there was significant water damage uncovered as well as major issues with the roof. Marius became agitated and started scoffing and said multiple times in an aggressive manner "well just don't buy it then". So we didn't. He is unprofessional and arrogant. Avoid him.
