"Ripped off"
Mark told me owner had accepted my offer and we are going to contract. Asked for details to write contract.1.30pm Friday. 6pm Saturday rings me to tell me property has been sold due to higher offer. Didn't call me to renegotiate. It's called gesumpted it's illegal. I am reporting Mark Mauch and Southern downs reality to dept office fair trade. I have since learned this has happened 4 times this month by the same Agency. Dodgy don't do business with these scumbags.
