"Happy Purchaser & Tenant"

I just want to thank you all from the bottom of my heart... I have been with your real estate for nearly 4 years with the salon and the house and I cant speak highly enough of you all, especially you Mark! You went above and beyond for our family, I know it was a stressful time for us all this last year but you supported us thru it & made it happen, I will be forever grateful.

"What a delight"

Dear Mark and Lynne, I am writing this letter to inform you, as the licensee in charge, about the professional customer service I have received from several of your team members. I believe professional service like I received should be rewarded and acknowledged, and hence this letter. Firstly, I would like to say how professional, friendly and welcoming the lady at the front desk was yesterday, Wednesday the 20th February. I do not remember her name unfortunately, but she had dark hair. She was extremely welcoming and polite towards me as soon as I walked up the stairs and was genuinely happy to be at work. Secondly, when I conducted the inspection at 40 Crown Street, Nikita Munro was the lady there. She made me feel very welcome and took the time to answer all questions I asked. This may seem mandatory, but after looking at numerous properties that day, and this being the end of the day, Nikita was the friendliest, professional and interested real estate agent I dealt with. She knew her stuff about the property (unlike other real estate agents I had dealt with) and was not annoyed by the bombardment of questions she was receiving. I would highly recommend her to anyone! Lastly, and the main driving factor for writing this letter is your staff member, Stacey Simpson. Stacey told me she had only been in her current role for a short time and had spent some of that time on maternity leave - but it did not show in any way! Stacey is the friendliest, helpful and professional real estate agent I have had the pleasure to deal with. I must have called Stacey ten times the last two days, and not once did I seem like a hassle, but the opposite she sounded genuinely happy to take my call and answer my questions or help out. The tiny issues I have had about my property (missing key) was fixed straight away it was as by the time I hung up she had called back saying she had sorted it. Stacey also went above and beyond to get out dog approved to be inside. Stacey also made signing our lease an enjoyable fun experience, and not just a boring mundane experience where you are watching the clock waiting to leave. I could continue to rave about Stacey, but I just want you to know she is amazing at her job and you are lucky to have her apart of your team. This team must also be a reflection on your real estates training and quality, as they all genuinely seem like they enjoy their job and do it well! I would not use any other real estate in Dubbo after dealing with the best already keep up the amazing work!
