Mark was awesome. I had a concern regarding some mould in the bathroom. He was onto it immediately and got everything sorted. He didnt play the blame game as most agents I have experienced do - just got the job done. Then I had an issue with the air conditioning, again he was onto it. He has been able to address all my concerns in a timely manner, explaining the process and always showing me the utmost respect. In my previous experiences as a tenant this has most certainly not been the case. Mark has been nothing but professional, friendly and respectful from the first time speaking to him to arrange an inspection of the apartment. Cant recommend him highly enough.
in my property, the guy of pest control ripped him off, and took $250 and he need to get the money from me as I handed over the rental house after 9 years of tenancy, it is ridiculous He used many method against the law he kept in intimidating me he sent me 15 email and text message in one day, and he took everything personally instead of being fare and honest, and then he added a lot of other cost in cleaning despite I hired a cleaner and he came to him 3 times that costed me &500 and still looking for any other thing just to punish me, not fair, not fair, it should nothing deducted from my bond because I left house clean and tidy, after 9 years
