"Amazingly pain-free"

At first, we weren't too sure about Mark but then it was evident that he would tell us things when he thought we needed to know (there's a part of him that likes surprises). I guess that if we had wanted more communication then we could have asked but we enjoyed not being contacted all the time about insignificant issues. It turned out to be the most irritation-free sale that we have had and with a very good result.

Clear, honest, reliable and respectful are hardly the traits you find that most agents have Mark has all of these in bucketfuls. He is calm and measured without being pushy and is quick to deal with any issues passed his way and I would welcome the opportunity of buying and selling with him in the future.

"Clear communication, delivery with impact"

Mark sold a unit for me between Dec 16 and Feb 17. He offered a well-researched pitch to win the business, and the gap between 'pitch' and 'outcome' was (happily) vanishingly small - and where there was a gap, it was positive for me. He always communicated clearly, and was happy to go the extra mile in terms of chasing down info / docs when the legal process got bumpy. He was a good (and, to me, calming) person to have on my side through the sale process. Highly recommended.
