We were very pleased that Mark made regular contact with us during the sale process. This was especially important as we live in NSW. He made the process easy for us and we were confident that there would be no problems which was correct.
Mark McDonald recently sold our house in Twin Waters. The property had tenants and Mark was able to build up a relationship with the tenants so viewings went smoothly. Mark was able to achieve the sale price we were after. Mark was professional at all times and we would recommend Mark to others.
Mark has now sold 2 properties for us. We have been very happy with the prices achieved for both houses. Both properties sold very soon after listing and 40 Kawanna St actually sold before auction. Mark always kept us informed of buyer interest and he was always available for consultation and opening the properties to prospective buyers. I am happy to recommend Mark McDonald as your real estate agent.
The Sale is the goal, but reaching the goal and Marks profession process coupled with the North Coast Team brings both confidence to buyer and seller. Mark delivers what he promises on, and guides the process .Our first auction was great.
Mark provided us with a high level of professional service and was in constant communication with us. As we are interstate investors, Mark managed the sale of our property most efficiently. A great agent!
Our best real estate experience to date, actually was a pleasure selling our property and dealing with Mark.
I was very pleased with the service Mark provided. I have used his services on more than one occasion and he has always been very professional & most knowledgeable with regard to the property market. He has gone out of his way to be of assistance &I would have no hesitation in using his services again.
Mark McDonald! Hard to put into 1 review! He is trustworthy, compassionate, understanding, honest, direct, perceptive! Mark is the real deal! He is the sellers agent as well as the buyers agent! Mark is the man to make it happen!
Not the first time Mark has bought and sold for us and once again great service
Mark and Jane were such real and honest people to deal with. They truly negotiated so both parties got the best out of the deal and walked away happy. Thank you so much for your kindness and helpfulness. We love our new home!
