Mark provided me with a service that is extremely rare to find. He came in with a wealth of knowledge of the local area and patiently talked me through every step of the way, which was so helpful as this was the first time I've ever sold my home. Him and his team (especially Brittany McArthur) were responsive and went out of their way to ensure that we were guided through the process and they achieved the best possible result for us. We were thrilled with the price we got at the auction. There was some difficulty around our contract and Mark worked with myself and the buyer to help us come to a solution and his negotiating skills became very apparent to me and I was glad I had his expertise at my disposal. Mark was amazing and I can't recommend him and LJ Levi highly enough!
