My partner & I were overwhelmed by the brilliant result Spencer & Servi achieved at the auction of our one bedroom apartment in Surry Hills' DeNode complex in May this year. From the moment we engaged Martine, her enthusiasm and energy was infectious. Drawing on her comprehensive knowledge of the Surry Hills market, she presented an excellent strategy; we wouldn't have considered "staging" the property ahead of auction but she convinced us, and the decorator she recommended made our humble space look amazing. The marketing campaign was wide-reaching, with a substantial response from the market on the first open that saw Antonio and David on hand to assist Martine as a large crowd of interested parties streamed through. We received regular, detailed feedback following every inspection. The amount of information Martine gathered from prospective purchasers was impressive, and we were able to rest assured that our campaign was reaching the right people. Whether you are looking to sell or have your property managed, we have no hesitation in recommending Spencer & Servi.
