We can’t thank you enough for all your help in selling our home. You certainly had your work cut out for you on this one!! Thank you for making what would usually be a stressful time – a very pleasant one. I shall always recommend you to everyone I know. All our love, Jackie O & Lee
Now that the sale of the property, of which we are Trustees, has concluded we wish to thank you for the excellent service you have provided us. You conducted yourself with professionalism and courtesy. The rapport that you developed with buyers, our tenants, managing agents, strata managers and solicitors was excellent. This was a very contributing factor in making this campaign a success. At all times you kept us fully informed and we appreciated that.
Phil and I would like to thank you for the excellent work which you did in selling our home. We really appreciated the way that you ran the campaign, keeping us informed and up to date with both emails and phone calls was important to us, it meant that we knew what was happening all the way through the process. We felt confident from the time of our first meeting that we could trust your experience of the market and with the professional way in which you interacted with us that you would achieve the best possible outcome. We would be pleased to recommend your services to any prospective client.
My parents home had been on the market for a very long time. Over a period of approximately 4 years, 3 auction campaigns, an expressions of interest campaign and at least half a dozen private treaty campaigns, no agent was able to effect a sale. Only after approximately 2 months Martin Maskin was able to achieve a result no other agent had been able to achieve throughout that 4 year period - a sale! He achieved a sale price significantly higher than any other offer made prior. He continually updated my parents, acted in a very professional manner and was extremely dedicated to the end! Well done Martin, thank you on behalf of my parents, and all the very best in the future. Paul
