"Extremely dedicated"

My parents home had been on the market for a very long time. Over a period of approximately 4 years, 3 auction campaigns, an expressions of interest campaign and at least half a dozen private treaty campaigns, no agent was able to effect a sale. Only after approximately 2 months Martin Maskin was able to achieve a result no other agent had been able to achieve throughout that 4 year period - a sale!
