We had the pleasure of purchasing a property last month through Barry Plant Werribee. The agent we dealt with was Martin Nardo (Marty). Throughout all our dealings with Marty, he was professional and prompt. He was consistently efficient when providing documents and documents on request and we found him to be sincere and honest in his approach to selling the property. Marty was also willing to assist us where he could by recommending various different trades and services for renovating purposes. It was a pleasant experience dealing with Marty as he is friendly, a very good communicator and he has excellect product, location, and market knowledge. In addition it was refreshing to deal with a real estate agent who is actually from Melbourne, Australia. This aspect alone was extremely reassuring as it allowed trust to be formed, by way of validating Marty's location experience and legitimatised his vast and historical knowledge of Melbourne and the property market Melbourne wide.
