"ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING"

Marvin was fantastic. He provided great information about the market and what we would need to do to maximise a sale. He kept in touch at every stage of the process and was very prompt in following up on action items. We felt he was with us all the way and that he went above and beyond what a normal agent would do, often making calls and negotiating into the late evening - even cleaning windows and sprucing up our patio with a leaf blower prior to inspections. Outstanding! He is dynamic, enthusiastic, pro-active and very knowledgable. When we first inspected our rental property, to decide when we should sell, he came with us and provided helpful advice on renovations and the sale process. To fast track our renovations Marvin put us in contact with some great tradies, often touching base even before we signed up with Arena. He really looked after us and through his enthusiasm, diligence and dedication we realised a great price for our property after only a short time on the market. Unfortunately, the first agent from Arena wasted our time and money. Within a day of letting Marvin (owner) know of our concerns, he swooped in and proved his service and professionalism was far superior to most real estate agents.
