Marvin and the Arena team are great team to deal with, Marvins skills and communication was great even after hours he is always happy to help. We are very happy with the results that Marvin achieved to sell our property. Highly recommended.
Thanks Marvin for your support and service for getting us in our first home stress free. During the process, he was just a call away anytime and provided advice and relevant information correctly. I would definitely recommend your service to my friends, family and anyone who is looking to get into their own house.
Marvin provided an absolutely first class service. From start to finish I had the best possible support and advice, and I couldnt have asked for a more active or accommodating agent. Marvin is very professional and understood all my needs. I highly recommend his services.
Marvin was fantastic. He provided great information about the market and what we would need to do to maximise a sale. He kept in touch at every stage of the process and was very prompt in following up on action items. We felt he was with us all the way and that he went above and beyond what a normal agent would do, often making calls and negotiating into the late evening - even cleaning windows and sprucing up our patio with a leaf blower prior to inspections. Outstanding! He is dynamic, enthusiastic, pro-active and very knowledgable. When we first inspected our rental property, to decide when we should sell, he came with us and provided helpful advice on renovations and the sale process. To fast track our renovations Marvin put us in contact with some great tradies, often touching base even before we signed up with Arena. He really looked after us and through his enthusiasm, diligence and dedication we realised a great price for our property after only a short time on the market. He is a great communicator and problem solver. We would have no hesitation in recommending his services. Go Marvin!
We were very impressed by Marvin during the process of purchasing of our next home in Eight Mile Plains. Highly professional, friendly and down-to-earth. Great communication between the buyers and the seller, and been extremely helpful to make the process smoothly as it could be. It has been a pleasure dealing with him and his team. It is not common that you get positive feedback from the buyers' side. We highly recommend Marvin for his excellent service, and will definitely seek for his assistance when we need a hand to manage our properties.
Marvin is really a fantastic agent. He provides me with lot of information that I had no idea before. Hes got me on the right track of everything. He really help me a lot with selling property. He is so patient with explaining the contract in details. I really appreciate everything that Marvin have done. Thanks for the patient and effort that hes put in. Highly recommend Marvin for those whos looking for a really good real estate agent to help them out with sell their properties. Once again, thanks a lot Marvin
Professional in every sense of the word as a real estate agent. Easy to get hold off and attention to detail in every aspect of the game. Top man. Will purchase again from him in the future.
We approached Marvin to sell our house even though it was outside the area he normally works. He jumped straight in and learned all he needed to know in a very specialised niche. We had tried local agents but compared to Marvins professionalism and enthusiasm, they came up very short. If youre looking for an honest, hard-working agent who will keep you fully informed and get you excellent results then you simply cant go past Marvin Wong from Arena Property Agents. Highly recommended!
Unfortunately, the first agent from Arena wasted our time and money. Within a day of letting Marvin (owner) know of our concerns, he swooped in and proved his service and professionalism was far superior to most real estate agents. Marvin was in constant communication with us, updating and guiding us during the process, always in a timely manner. We were very grateful for this attention to detail, as the property was sold within several weeks once he 'took the reins'.
We purchased a property via Marvin. Not like other agents, Marvin looked after both seller and buyer. He not only answered our queries promptly also helped to communicate on our behalf when we needed, which probably beyond what he was paid for. We really appreciated what Marvin has done for us and we highly recommend him as your agent if you are looking for a reliable person.
