"A professional and formidable team"
I purchased my investment property at Banksia Beach 2 years ago and M & A Property Management came highly recommended. Matthew and Abby have proven themselves to be a professional and formidable team. I havent had to worry about a thing. I have regular contact with Matthew regarding tenancy and maintenance requirements as they fall due and he is always eager to accommodate. I wouldnt hesitate in recommending M & A Property Management to any future Investor.

"Trustworthy and honest."
I would recommend Matt Carne very highly as a property manager. Matt managed my property at 8 Shelly Place, with his skills and knowledge of the building industry Matt did repairs and found solutions to all issues that arose and never over charged. His mannerism in dealing with tenant issues was fantastic. I found Matt went above and beyond in aspects of managing my property. I found him to be trustworthy and honest.
