Matt managed my property at 8 Shelly Place, with his skills and knowledge of the building industry Matt did repairs and found solutions to all issues that arose and never over charged. His mannerism in dealing with tenant issues was fantastic. I found Matt went above and beyond in aspects of managing my property. I found him to be trustworthy and honest.
