I have bought a sold a few homes now I found Matthew by far the best agent I have dealt with and I really mean that there was no bull with him and I would gladly recommend him to anyone
Mathew and his team worked very hard and achieved a great price which exceeded our expectations
Matthew was first class His negotiating skills were unbelievable. He gave us accurate information and worked tirelessly in a very uncertain environment He was calm and cool in dealing with both us and the purchasers. He was also very realistic with what sort of market we were facing. Thank you Matt you were fantastic
Firstly, on behalf of my Brother, Sister and Myself, Thank you Matt for your 1st Class service. When you first meet this man, his larger than life presence greets you with his huge smile and a voice, he would make a great commentator, which makes you feel comfortable. He then continues to get to know you, listens to your input and questions, why you are wanting to sell and want you want to achieve in the process. Matt will give you a run down on the service he provides through the Mcgrath platform and then tailors the process to maximise the value of your property to the market through the program agreed to, by you the vendor. As people, sometimes we get a little impatient and question the Tradie, Agent or Doctor as to what's happening and where are we up to, which is fair call at times. Getting back to Matt and his experience in real estate, one thing we learnt from Matt was, you don't have to be in contact with buyers bombarding them with questions about: What they think about the property? Are you still coming to the auction ? If you follow the process you know works, give the buyers a chance to breathe and think and the result will take care of itself. Part of our responsibility was to best present the property to the market for sale and again Matt and his team support you in that part as well. So if you are looking for an expert to support and talk straight with you, Matt King is your Man. Regards Greg

Matthew and Lauren were very professional and we enjoyed working with them during the sale of our apartment. They achieved the best result for us.
We have sold 2 houses through Matt King at McGrath and are completely happy with his and his teams' professional attitude and efficiency throughout the whole process. Lauren from McGrath was incredibly effective with communication and this made the whole process of selling a breeze. I would highly recommend Matt King and his team.
Matthew & Lauren were exceptional throughout our campaign covering all aspects with diligence & professionalism. It resulted in a huge turn out at our auction with a great result well above our reserve! The Mc Grath team are always on top of the game no matter what area you are looking to do business in!
We had an amazing experience through Mathew and Kieren and an outstanding result couldn't recommend them highly enough . Coby
From start to finish of the sale of our home we felt that we were in professional hands who made this very big step in our lives one that was handled by all staff who shouldered the sale as if it was there own home relieving us of any stress for which we were very grateful. Communication between Mathew and us was updated at every opportunity and we were always aware of the progress being made. Our thanks to all and we have now been able to settle in to our new home due to your efforts
