I met Matt at a house open and I knew his non pushy but super welcoming approach is what we wanted in agent when we were ready to sell our house - and he didn't disappoint. He was always available to answer any questions, great advice and he stayed in touch to keep us informed of the process, the market in our area and even offered us advice on buying our next house. I highly recommend Matt to anyone selling their home.
We always felt that our home was the only one Matt was selling. Very professional, friendly and approachable.
Matthew's knowledge and experience in the Real Estate market is second to none. We found Matthew to be very personable, professional in every way and got our property sold in such a short time. We are more than happy with the service that he provided, and would recommend him to anyone wanting professional service.
Matthew was proactive and had great knowledge of the activity in the area, he gave us a strong but reasonable price range and we had a quick, clean sale at the top end of our expectations.
