Matt & the Cobden Hayson team deserve their reputation as the best agents on the Balmain peninsula. Their knowledge of the market & their connectivity with a large network of active buyers is second to none. Matt's efforts resulted in a great outcome for us, and we wouldn't use any other agent. Highly recommend.

We recently purchased a house from Matt and then chose him to sell our property in Balmain following his pleasant nature and our smooth buying process. It was a great decision! From the very start, getting the home ready for sale, marketing and keeping us in the loop at all times with feedback from the sale process he delivered on the confidence we had in him throughout and ending in a fantastic result. We wouldnt hesitate to trust Matt with the sale of our home again.

I have worked with Matt and the team at Cobden & Hayson for over 20 years on multiple transactions and cannot recommend him more highly. His deep understanding of the market, access to a large client base, ability to understand the prevailing economic conditions along with his trustworthy and genuine values make him the ideal agent. He developed and executed the perfect sale strategy for our current property and we were very happy with the outcome.

Matt was open and honest in all communications, from the time of sending his marketing proposal up to the time of the successful sale at auction. As and when necessary during the marketing campaign, Matt provided us with important feedback to manage price expectations and to help set a realistic reserve. I have no doubt that Matt's knowledge of and experience in the Balmain area were significant factors in achieving an outstanding result at auction, well above our expectations.

Matt Hayson has sold three houses for us, two in Balmain and one in Tennyson Point. He is professional, responsive and honest. He makes the whole process much easier. We keep coming back to Matt because we trust him to give us the best advice and achieve the best possible price. I would highly recommend Matt to anyone wanting to sell.

We have both bought and sold with them before and would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a reliable and professional agency.
