Matthew called at the right time with an off market opportunity. We viewed the house and made an offer. The negotiations were smooth and seamless thanks to Matthew's professionalism and sense of calm. He is attentive without being pushy and gets things done in an efficient and timely manner
Matthew did an incredible job for us: selling our home for a Kirrawee record and doing it in 1 week - as we had already purchased and it was a few weeks only until Christmas, we were stressing, but Matt did it! Thanks so much, Ive been recommending you already!
We purchased a property through Matt in November 2016. Matt was very professional and always available to answer questions to ensure we were fully informed on the purchase throughout the property. I highly recommend Matt to anyone looking to sell.
Matthew Johnston is a professional young man who we found to be very communicative and knowledgeable with a flare to getting the best possible outcome for us in the sale of these two properties. Matthew went above and beyond suggesting what we could do before the properties would be put on the market and suggesting some positive marketing suggestions. I will have no hesitation in recommending and getting Matthew involved in any future property sales we have in the future.
Matt did an amazing job selling my 2 bedroom apartment in Cronulla! From the start, Matt had a plan which was executed to perfection, delivering an amazing price for my property. If you want a stress free experience - then sell with Matt! Would definitely recommend Matt to all my friends and family. Mitch. S
Exceptionally professional, understanding and patient, high level of integrity and honesty, went above and beyond to achieve a great outcome! Well done Matt!
I found Matthew Johnston to be very dedicated to achieving the best outcome for me. No effort was spared. He had a very professional approach. I would recommend him to anyone who wanted 150% effort with good results! Thank you very much.
During the sale of our house Matthew did such an outstanding job to get the result we were looking for, he was so courteous and professional during the entire period, from the initial phone call to settlement. His attention to detail was impeccable, at the time of selling we were away and he was there before the opens sweeping our outdoor areas, lighting candles and making the place look and feel amazing, making us so at ease through the whole process. We wouldnt hesitate to recommend Matt to anybody who is contemplating selling or buying and wish him all the continued success.
