"Max Pracy - An Excellent Property Sales Consultant"
Max is an outstanding sales consultant with over 30 years of real estate experience. Recently we entrusted the sale of our two bedroom unit in Marsfield with Max. Despite the adverse market condition, Max overcame all hurdles and implemented an effective marketing plan which attracted many prospective buyers to inspect our property. We are very pleased with the way how Max consistently keep us informed after each open for inspection session, providing us with a detailed account of each viewer and his follow-up actions. We greatly appreciate his professionalism, positive attitude, hard work and time commitment especially the sale was launched during the pandemic when the property market was at its lowest. Max had not reconditioned us to lower our asking price for a quick sale. Instead through his hard work, persistence and excellent negotiation skills, he managed to find us the most suitable buyer who offered us the best price we could attain at the time of COVID property downturn in less than 6 weeks from the first scheduled inspection session. Max's patience and flexibility in making himself available to allow prospective buyers to view and re-inspect the property are much appreciated.
