"Excellent service"
We wish to express our sincere thanks and appreciation for the excellent service provided by you and your team on the sale of our beloved sisters apartment at Chiswick. Our first contact with Mia Fredrix sold us and we knew that we would pick your team when it came time to sell. Our first meeting will stick with us for a long time, Mia came to see us with a small diary in her hand, no flashy selling paraphernalia, dressed smart and casual, (no suit and choking tie, or high heels that you cant walk in) just a nice natural approach, down to earth and a caring attitude. She sat, had a cup of tea and talked with us for nearly an hour, finding out about us and our situation (as we had just been through a pretty rough time). We have never experienced such a high level of service, sincerity and honesty from real estate agent. We commend you and your team for the personal touch, down to earth approach and your professionalism. You have made our tough journey so much easier and we cannot thank you enough. "Exceeded my expectations"
From beginning to end of the sales process Mia and Mel exceeded my expectations. They had resources available to assist with every facet of sale preparation. Always on call, unfailingly easy and pleasant to deal with, the entire experience was made easier thanks to the team. Selling is stressful. No question about it.
