"Incredibly accommodating, kind and professional"
Melanie was a previous landlord when I was residing in Acacia Grove. Mel was always kind, courteous and always professional. Any issue we had was dealt in a timely and respective manner. I could not have been more grateful for Mel as a manager as I had just given birth and she was able to accommodate some repairs until the baby was old enough and the noise was an acceptable level. All communication between Mel and myself when vacating the property was extremely professional and if I am to ever need anything in the future I know Mel will always be more than happy to accommodate.

"Unprofessional and non communicative"
I rented a property through Melanie and unfortunately fell on extremely hard times when our business took a hit with a number of clients not paying for work we provided although I understand and take responsibility for the events that took place when we could not afford our rent and where therefore evicted we did everything possible to cooperate and make a hard time for all as civilised as possible. We moved out and I communicated to her that I would like to set up a payment schedule to repay any outstanding money after the bond had been taken to pay our debt off. I got no response and a few days later was notified we had been listed on tica until 2024 we are a small family and it took along time to get back on our feet however now find it impossible to get a rental property she has not provided us with a letter to state what is owing nor tried to negotiate a repayment plan the only reply I got was when the outstanding amount is paid in full she would only then remove the listing we still have not received any correspondence to be able to know what we need to pay off and are looking at homelessness because of a time where we fell into extreme hardship I do not reccommend her she had no compation or willingness to help us pay the debt she much rather just ruin our chances of ever renting again over this one and only incident that was out of our control.
