I had the absolute pleasure working with Melanie in the recent sale of my rental property. The experience with Melanie and her team was first class and could not be faulted. I was kept upto date with the progress from listing to the home open to being advised of the offers after only one home open and such a smooth transition to settlement. I was delighted with the outcome of the sale which surpassed my expectations. Melanie, THE most positive and refreshing person I had the pleasure of dealing with during the sale of my property. Our correspondence was via phone/email however this did not affect how attentive she was. Couldnt be happier with the result and the service provided to me. I believe Melanie can sell anything!!
