Melinda was wonderful to work with. She is very knowledgeable about this area and the real estate market. We found her to be very honest and forthcoming with us. We could not have asked for anything more from her before, during and after our sale.
Melinda is very knowledgeable in her work and approaches buyers with courtesy and integrity, without viewing them merely as sources of money. Her handshake and smile are the hallmarks of her reliability. Through her effective negotiations, she helped us purchase our home, and we are very grateful to her for that.
She was wonderful to deal with working between the vendor and us on the purchase of land. I appreciate her patience through the process and her advice and help along the way. Melinda is really down to earth, easy to talk to, very understanding and all over a great realestate agent with tons of knowledge and excellent communication. I would definitely go with Melinda in the future for buying and purchasing property. Thank you for everything Melinda!
Melinda helped us with everything and always got back to us quickly. Appreciate for her efforts and will recommend the others.

Melinda was a wonderful agent to deal with. Her communication was clear and direct. We are thankful she was the go between to purchase our family home.
Melinda has been incredibly helpful in selling my property! This is the second property Ive entrusted to her, and she truly is the best at what she does. Its rare to find someone as honest, reliable, and dedicated as she is. She always answers the phone and treats my property as if it were her own. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy real estate expert.
We are extremely happy with Melindas knowledge and expectation of the sale. She knew exactly what she was offering us and her sales direction.
