Mel was fantastic with our property. We had the property listed with another agent who continually requested that we drop the listing price to generate interest in the property. Once the agency agreement expired I engaged Mel to sell the property, she came in and gave some ideas on how to make the property more marketable and we made some changes to the property. Mel had an offer at the first open home that she conducted for more than the asking price and more substantially more than what the other agent wanted us to list it for
Very good, friendly and nice to sell and buy a property from. All went smoothly.
Melissa acted in a professional and accommodating manner through our recent purchase. Our needs were very specific and were achieved by Melissa listening and delivering. Pricing and negotiating was a pleasant and fun experience had by all.
Living interstate, I thought that selling a property in Queensland would be a challenge. But Mel has gone above and beyond to get me a great result within the first week of the property being on the market. I can't recommend her highly enough and will certainly be using her again next time.
Mel was fantastic throughout the entire process. She has great attention to detail and communication. I was very happy with having Mel as my agent
Mel was so great in our recent purchase. She was very knowledgeable and followed up on everything she said she would. The communication was excellent and would definitely recommend her!
Absolute professional and brilliant experience. Can only be thankful for such a great agent
Mel and her team sold my vacant block of land for $357,500 when other agents said we would get $300,000-$330,000 Her communication and negotiation skills were the main reason for the outstanding result of an extra $30,000 in my pocket ! Thanks Mel!
Mel was a pleasure to deal with, she kept us fully informed every step of the way. Her knowledge and passion for realestate shows through her dedication and commit to achieve the best outcome for us. The little extras like the supplying a skip bin and having the gardens, and cleaning done was great. I especially liked the extra touches she did when it came to presenting at the open home.
Next time I sell I will go to Mel Saad first.. It is a very emotional time to sell your family home and Mel made it more comfortable for me and my family. She and her team provided us with excellent local knowledge, hints and tips on how to prepare my home for the best possible price and held our hand throughout the whole process. We sold our home for more then we thought and would recommend their efficient, smiling and support next time we are going to sell.
