"Great agent in Kellyville"

Melly was wonderful to work with. She sold my house in 2 weeks and she made everything very easy to navigate and was always available and helpful. She is very professional and very nice. She knew what I was looking for and did not make me waste time on offers not relevant. She is also very creative. I would recommend her to whoever is looking to buy or sell a home in kellyville.

"5-stars just isn't enough to rate Melly"

Rating of 5 stars isnt enough to justify how dedicated, professional, trustworthy and responsible Melly is. Unlike other agents who just wants to sell quickly and get their commissions quickly, she makes sure that the property is sold at its worth. Her exceptional stakeholder management skills make her such a pleasant individual to trust and work with. She will be involved from end to end to ensure everything is under control. You will never be left wondering whats happening. All you need to do is just trust her, follow her professional advices and she will help you achieve the result you dream of. No other agent is comparable to her. Shes phenomenal, the best agent you need.

"A breath of fresh air!"

We cannot praise Melly Yan Real Estate enough. My husband and I had been searching for the perfect home for a number of years and after dealing with numerous stuffy agencies, we found Melly Yan through an advertised property. From first meeting Melly, we were surprised to be dealing with an agent who wasnt pushy, was honest and made the offer process unequivocal. Were pleased to say that we purchased our perfect home with Melly and I would have no hesitations with buying (or selling) with Melly Yan again.

Melly is a very professional agent that I have come across in my house search till now. She is very transparent in the entire process till the settlement and is always proactive to answer even the silliest questions that one can think of. She helped us to finalise our dream home with so much ease. I would strongly recommend as a customer and would love to work with her in the future. Thank you so much Melly for all the big and small things that you did for us.

"Very Professional"

After attending an open house in our area, we definitely felt Melly was the right agent to sell our house. Melly advised us every step of the way, keeping us informed, going the extra mile by being involved and even helping with various aspects of the house preparation. Our house had to be touched up ready for sale and Melly was able to provide input into what should be done and recommended trades people who did a great job and were well priced. This made us feel very confident to get the result of a quick and successful sale. Melly is friendly, professional, very motivated and a pleasure to deal with. We were very happy with the result and highly recommend Melly as a real estate agent.
