"Polite and professional and assisted both parties to reach a mutually pleasing deal"

My wife and I met Mergim as purchasers of a property for which Mergim acted for the Vendor. Mergim was polite and professional and assisted both parties to reach a mutually pleasing deal. As new people to Geelong he also went out of his way to assist us in seeking Geelong based services for our transition to Geelong. I recommend him.

"Thanks for making our dream cone true."

Mergim was terrific to deal with. He was always calm and pleasant to speak with. Although he was working for the vendor he was a great help to us patiently directing the vendor to give us the time needed to secure our home. He maintained open communication throughout the experience making all parties at ease. Our experience with Mergim was excellent. Thanks for making our dream cone true.

"Can't recommend Mergim and his team more highly!!"

From the moment we met Mergim and his team, we could see that they were well researched and ready to support us through the process of our sale. He presented ALL our options, before presenting a more specific plan and campaign for our specific situation. Mergim and his team kept us informed every step of the way throughout the campaign and ensured we understood exactly what his team was doing and why. If you want to work with a team that; puts you at the centre of the team discussion, gives you have a greater understanding of the realestate world and works with you to obtain YOUR best result, then I can't recommend Mergim and his team more highly!!

"Great agent"

We spent quite some time meeting agents in our area and found Mergim to be a fantastic fit. It was not just his excellent knowledge of the industry and our area, but the fact he had an easy and likeable communication style. He was realistic, honest, relatable, and dependable. He worked really hard following up leads and earning the respect of ourselves and buyers alike. His support team was also wonderful and we appreciated their excellent communicaiton and work ethic. Mergim achieved a great sale price of our home - well and truly exceeding our expectations. Our neighbours still talk about what an amazing outcome we got! We would highly recommend Mergim to anyone wanting to sell in the area.
