"Worst agent ever !!"
Michael was only interested in getting a sale of my townhouse so he could get his commission. He constantly told me there were no buyers and wanted me to reduce my asking price time and time again, all this to make sure he got a 'sales commission' at any cost. He had zero interest in acting in the best interest for the seller. I strongly suggest you look at other real estate agents who have sold multiple townhouse properties in the Northmarque at Carseldine complex. I wish I did !! Look at the 2023 stories about Michael Daniel on "A Current Affair" and you will what I mean about his dangerous and threatening behaviour.

"Unit sale"
Michael assisted me on the sale of my unit during quiet times and leveraged his knowledge and strategies to help me find a good buyer and didnt let me incur extra advertising costs. Michael is also very good fixing different parts of the unit and is always on the top of what needs to be done and help to give good guidance on the overall process. I would recommend Michael as a reliable property agent to potential buyers, sellers and property holders.

Michael is very friendly and professional. He helped me though the whole process and guided me without hesitation. He assisted me in getting the property ready for rent and was able to find and sign tenants almost immediately. Always answered my questions in a very timely manner, very accommodating and take pride in the work he does. Looks after and maintains my property and the complex extremely well.
