I have been fortunate enough to have Michael Bernar as my property manager for multiple properties for several years. This long tenure is enough to get excited about these days, but in addition Michael is an absolute pleasure to deal with, is very comprehensive and provides a personal touch to everyone. I've no doubt that the long tenure of my tenants (which translates into less hassles for me) is a direct reflection of his effectiveness as a property manager. Hight recommend
