I have been fortunate enough to have Michael Bernar as my property manager for multiple properties for several years. This long tenure is enough to get excited about these days, but in addition Michael is an absolute pleasure to deal with, is very comprehensive and provides a personal touch to everyone. I've no doubt that the long tenure of my tenants (which translates into less hassles for me) is a direct reflection of his effectiveness as a property manager. Hight recommend

Michael and the Team at Barry Plant were great. Our application was processed very quickly, Michael was always available and quick to reply to calls, texts or emails when needed. As an owner or renter, we'd happily return to Barry Plant Reservoir in future
