"OUTSTANDING AGENT"

Michael Rosario approached to selling a high end house nothing but professional, courteous, very high attention to detail and house presentation and marketing was very precise. Michael ensure from first day he was realistic in ability to sell, knew his target market. What was most impressive was that Michael was very hands on during video taking and photo's. All his hard work was achieved by selling our property with in 2 weeks. Even to-date Michael is impressing is with constant follow up of deposit payment by buyer. If any one is considering selling a property make sure your first and only choice is First Nations Realestate Berwick, and demand Michael's service.

"Michael Rosario helped us turn a house into our home"

As per our rating, Michael Rosario is an exemplary agent, and person. Michael is exceedingly knowledgeable about the region and forthright; professional yet personable; and he continually looked after us from beginning to end - making himself promptly available to us; the combination of his knowledge, skills and abilities is one of the main reasons we purchased the property. He is truly a credit to his profession, and again, we would highly recommend him to you, particularly if you are interested in the Narre Warren area, for a honest, pleasant and seamless experience. Thank you Michael!

"Great agent who will go the extra mile!"

Michael provided us an accurate market appraisal which is the first and most important part in selling as it set our expectations. Michael then set about achieving the sale. Michael communicated extremely well with us. We had a number of interested parties. Michael talked with buyers that missed out on other auctions to recommend our property to view. This actually achieved the sale. In my view this going the extra mile for his vendors . Michael has and continues to be excellent through the entire sale process . Highly recommended agent.
