Michael Rosario approached to selling a high end house nothing but professional, courteous, very high attention to detail and house presentation and marketing was very precise. Michael ensure from first day he was realistic in ability to sell, knew his target market. What was most impressive was that Michael was very hands on during video taking and photo's. All his hard work was achieved by selling our property with in 2 weeks. Even to-date Michael is impressing is with constant follow up of deposit payment by buyer.
