The standard of real estate services provided to me by Michael Flevaris in relation to the sale of 35 Wilson Street, Kogarah was outstanding. Michael displays exceptional knowledge of, and expertise in, real estate matters and issues in Kogarah and the surrounding areas. He has a proven track record in the area in sales. During the entire marketing and sales process, Michael conducted himself with the utmost professionalism. His style is very much one of building and maintaining effective and authentic relationships with his clients. Through this relationship I came to see Michael as a person of outstanding ability and integrity. On inspection of the property Michael and his wife, Mary, who has joined Michael as part of his sales team, recommended that the house needed a huge refresh. As I live many hours drive distant from Sydney, Mary undertook full responsibility for the organisation of a full internal re-paint, replacement of all light fittings and replacement of all window coverings as well as for the organisation of styling and cleaning. This was all done with a sense of high confidence and optimism, to a high standard, and at a very reasonable rate. During the preparation for sale period, Michael and Mary went far beyond what a vendor could reasonably expect of their estate agent. When we met to set a reserve price and to discuss the auction processes and strategies, the meeting proceeded seamlessly with Michael giving all the instructions, advice and reassurance that were needed at that stressful time. On auction day Michael and Mary worked very hard! The result speaks for itself - a sale that reached our reserve!! In the current Sydney real estate market this was an outstanding result.
