Michael had great knowledge of our area, he was both personable and positive. Our house was sold at the first home open and the whole process was made easy by Michael and his professionalism. I would recommend him in a heartbeat.
Michael was well prepared when we had our first meeting. He had all the local sales and research available. He explained the market well and didn't make me feel silly when I didn't understand things like all the legal contract jargon. He was professional at all times and was always a phone call away and assisted us in all matters. He eased our worries and concerns. He knows his stuff If we were to sell again I'd be wanting him to do it. He's a lovely, honest gentleman who actually cares about his clients.
