"Record Sale"
Michael Harris and his team are prompt, courteous, supportive, helpful and professional. From the very beginning to the end Michael and his team were always there for any questions we had an we had quite a few. Michael clearly communicated the strategy, reflections on strategy as the market reacted, updates on buyers and setting the reserve. Everything was explained clearly and they were never in a rush. The sale price was a record. Michael had us listening in to the auction and our anxiety quickly morphed into excitement and finally absolute joy. Hats off to Michael and his team!
