The things I liked the most about using Michael Kalinovski to market my property was that he kept me fully informed at every stage of the marketing process. He was polite, professional and worked hard on our behalf. I found that the marketing plan he recommended worked well to attract a good number of interested buyers. We saved our self a lot of stress by dealing with someone who was super knowledgeable about every aspect of real estate. He told us exactly what we needed to do to present our property so that we maximise its appeal to buyers. And he also told us the price range that I would probably get for our property, rather than giving us an unrealistic high expectation that was not accurate. We would have no hesitation in using Michael and his team again.

I must admit the first thing that struck me was everything he done was very professional, from our open for inspections to the report feedback meeting and down to the price range. It was a no fuss approach. Our previous agent had our property for over 4 months without any offers to discuss, which left us very disappointed. Michael suggested selling our property by Auction. Within the first week of his suggested marketing we had 2 offers. He went out of his way to get us a great result.
