"Knowledgeable"
Michael Talia has managed our property for many years now. He is knowledgeable and can always give us good advice. After demolishing the old house and built two new units, Michael worked hard and both units were leased within days. We are happy to recommend him to anyone .

Michael Talia is the first property manager that actually treated me and my husband like human beings who love their home and work hard to look after it. He is respectful, an excellent communicator, and always striving for excellence. Completely different from all the property managers I've had over the last 30 years.

"excellent and prompt"
This particular review is in regards to Michael Talia who is our property manager. He has been absolutely excellent. His communication is excellent and prompt, he was even in our new rental property mopping the floors before we moved in because the painters left it dusty and there was no time to book a cleaner. Couldn't believe it! We have had some issues with the property (just random things that have occured), and every single thing has been seen to so quickly and corrected. Highly recommend any rental property manged by Michael, you couldn't go wrong.
