I highly recommend Michael Wardlaw. He is unfailingly polite, friendly and I trust him implicitly. He had all the answers to my many questions Time frames are given well in advance and are adhered to. Constant contact was maintained throughout the sale. He has a team who work alongside him in a very productive manner. I was most impressed when my home was sold for above listed price
Michael clearly loves what he does and does it exceptionally well. He clearly outlined the processes with me on day one, day two, I handed over the keys and by day seven, I had an agreed price which I was more than happy with and a signed contract. Michael made the process so smooth and his knowledge, effective communication and skilled negotiation not only enabled me to sell my property with great results but, went out of his way to support me to purchase my new home. Nice to work with a true professional who you can trust will follow through from start to finish. Endless thanks Michael.
We have engaged Michael Wardlaw from First National at Springwood to sell both properties for us. We have found Michael to be a true professional. His expert advice in how to market and present our properties meant that we sold our family home in less than three days and our Unit in under a week. We received more than we expected on both properties. We are so glad we engaged Michael as he made the experience of selling both properties a pleasure. To anyone contemplating selling their property we would highly recommend that you engage Michael prior to placing it on the market, he will help you through the entire experience without a worry.
We've sold two properties with Michael, and he's been fantastic to deal with both times. He sold our home within two days, for a great price. His advice was spot on; Michael really knows the market. We would not hesitate to sell with him again.
We consulted Michael prior to placing our House on the Market. He guided us through the whole process from the presentation to the negotiations of the Sale. He is a true professional, he explained to us the how the sale would unfold and what to expect, he communicated with us every step of the way. Everything he said would happen did happen. In the end we got more than we expected and we sold our House in less than 4 days. We are so impressed by Michael's professionalism and we are about engage him in the Sale of our other Property. If you want a true honest professional, engage Michael to sell your Property.
We have known Michael and the Springwood First National office for many years as they have previously sold property for us.We returned to the agency for this sale as we knew that the price achieved would be the market value and not some urgent sale after many weeks of offering the property at too high a price. Michael and the whole office have been very efficient, keeping us well informed and just making the whole process easy. We would recommend to anyone whether buying or selling.
