"Sold my home of 24 years"
I recently sold my home of 24 years to move closer to my daughter. Right from the start Michele impressed me with her empathy with regard to my emotional feelings of selling and packing up my home. Michele had great knowledge of the local area and specifically the current market, she answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns, most importantly provided me with the information I needed to make informed choices. Michele was always available and put in the extra effort, I felt as she knew I had already put in an offer on a new home so there was a timing requirement. We had multiple expressions of interest in the first few days and after 10 days and just 2 open homes had 2 firm offers. Within 2 weeks a signed unconditional contract and 30 day settlement. Michele not only achieved a higher price than I originally expected, she also achieved a settlement date that allowed me to move directly into my new home. I can highly recommend Michele to anyone buying or selling in the current market
