Michelle have a great knowledge of the area and the market in general. She gave us confidence she was the right person to help us.
Michelle's professionalism was better than we could have hoped for. Communication throughout the campaign and her experience on the day of the auction was more than we could have hoped for, and we felt more inclusion than we have had at any time in the past with other agents.
To quote that prestigious French expression, Michelle is Par Excellence as regards her real estate knowledge, years of experience and business expertise, her client dedication and fulfillment of her commitment to services and assurances to them. One is neither forgotten nor overlooked when in Michelle's care. For decades the foremost maxim in the real estate sector is 'There is always the right person coming along at the right time with the right price to buy your home' ... we're confident that, given the opportunity, Michelle will enthusiastically present one's home and follow through on finding such a right client as she did with ours. Indeed. personally speaking, we have every confidence in Michelle and would never hesitate when it comes to recommending this honest and sincere lady and her company. Drs Robert and Maureen McQuillan
Michelle was affable, honest and reliable. She heard my wishes and delivered on them as best as could be done within her remit.
Having known Michelle Winckle for some years, when the time came to selling the family home there is no-one else in Geelong who I would have trusted more with the process. A very emotional sale for us all; but we were well supported, guided and advised throughout the entire process from the initial meetings to the auction campaign to the day of sale and after. A kind, caring, enthusiastic and knowledgeable agent who showed nothing but the upmost professionalism! Positive and supportive throughout which made this emotional sale just that little bit easier! Thank you Michelle for everything!
Michelle first sold a property for me 9 years ago and her passion for property and incredible work ethic remain impressive. Michelle provided regular feedback and always made herself available to discuss all aspects of the sale, which made the process as stress free as possible.
Michelle was a great support to me through this difficult time of selling my first home. She was honest & genuinely caring. I would recommend Michelle very highly, & I'd sell or buy from her again in the future with no hesitations.
