Michelle sent me an email with a bill telling me that i needed to pay this or debt collectors would be sent to collect the monies owed. This was a bill that was not for me. I asked her why she was sending the bill to me. She replied because it had not been paid. The bill was for painting in my property after a tenant left. This money was to come out of the bond as i never approved such work. I again asked why i was being asked to pay which she never responded to. When called about this threatening email she said she didn't know what the bill was for as she wasn't our property manager when the job occurred. I would think as a professional, you would not send a threatening email if you didn't know the situation. She was asked to clear up the matter and provide a response ASAP. She never did and when again called told me the matter was closed even though she never responded. Just another paper pusher who has no idea what is going on and passes on the blame.
