"Professionalism, Responsiveness"
Mikaele Horsnell at Harcourts has been an excellent support for me from the first contact. This was my first time finding an apartment to rent and I started by sourcing on the internet and then sending my expression of interest to the various agents. Mikaele was the only agent that took the time to actually ring me to discuss the property and then patiently led me all the way to the finalisation of renting this apartment. There is no doubt that Mikaele is the prime reason I made my final decision.

"What's needed for a remote landlord"
Being in the most isolated place on Earth, it is good to know that our landlord needs are being managed on our behalf in Melbourne by the professional and proactive team at Harcourts Melbourne City. Their local knowledge has meant we had had little non-rental in the 3 years we have been dealing with them. They have been able to set appropriate expectations on rental ranges and quality of tenants.
