Mitchal and his partner Elkie were really great. They sold the house in only 2 weeks, for a price that was 15% higher than the valuation! They had over 80 groups through the house in just 2 weeks. they brought in 5 offers, and negotiated the price higher than the offers that came in. Mitchal was recommended by a probate lawyer, who said she'd see an extraordinary auction, where the auctioneer handled both Aussies and Chinese people with great skill. His partner Elkie is Chinese, so they make a great team. From the beginning, they were punctual, responsive and straighforward, and not at all salesy. They had a very good knowledge of the area. They had good suggestions for how to present the property and didn't try to upsell on advertising. My next door neighbor is a retired estate agent, and she said she was very impressed with how much work Mitchal and Elkie did to get the word out. They door-knocked the street and the next block, twice, and followed up with notices and updates to everyone. They don't sit back at all! Their private list of people who came to see the property was also very impressive, at least 35 different groups. They were unfailingly supportive, and very honest with me. I checked with my neighbor, and she agreed. Mitchal has many years of experience (i did some research) and is very intelligent and has not become complacent as so many estate agents can be... I have nothing but good things to say about Mitchal and Elkie, and will not hesitate to use them again. I recommend them highly!
