"Professional, friendly and understanding"
Naaman is taking care of our property on Tassie and he has been an absolute gem he ensures he takes care of your property as his own, ensuring you are made aware of any important repairs required. Sounds simple but I have had experience where agents dont advise you of the repairs till the building is about to fall! He also ensured he finds the right tenants for you after doing proper due diligence.

I am Sydney investor who decided to buy two properties in Launceston Tasmania. It's easy to fall in love with Tassie but what made the experience much more worthwhile was the team at One Agency. Naaman Fraser secured tenancies very quickly at good yields after marketing which he himself expertly devised. He has good habits of reporting quarterly on the properties with good photos of house and honest feedback on status. He's always approachable and returns calls. He went over and beyond allowing me to check out a property via video conference. He offers good local expertise on the local market with advice you can depend on. He's energetic and is hungry for success at both client level and an individual level and I recommend working with him as property agent.
