"Personalised and professional. Not just another listing."

In preparation to sell to put our house on the market we met with fours different agents in our area. The only agency that did not pitch us like a used car salesman was O'Brien Real Estate. Narelle and David sat down and had an actual conversation with us. We discussed our goals, and how we could work together. There was no rehearsed sales pitches and no corny presentations. The demonstrated integrity and professionalism throughout the campaign, and made us feel like they cared about helping my family achieve OUR goals as the vendor. The other agents left us feeling like our home was just another line item to add to their inventory list, something that they could undervalue, and move quickly. We have been in constant communication with Narelle from the day we decided to go with O'Brien Real Estate. Together we decided on a goal price that we were comfortable with, and a strategy. Feedback was constant, considered and immediate. We loved that there was no pressure to sign with them, no assistants calling to see if we'd made a decision, Narelle respected us as vendors and in turn we respected her as our agent, and together we achieved the desired result. We honestly could not have been happier with the service of Narelle and O'Brien Real Estate.

"Friendly and professional team who helped me through hell to a successful sale of my house"

I recently listed and sold my property with Obrien Real Estate, and really cannot speak highly enough about the team especially Narelle. I first approached Obrien in June after having issues with another real estate agency whilst leasing my property. Not only did Obrien immediately take over and help me to resolve the issues I was having with that agency and the tenants (including refusal to pay rent and damage done to the rental property), but they also took care of everything from submitting all the required documentation to VCAT to evict the tenants from the house, to liaising with my insurance company, hiring the required contractors, performing the necessary repairs, and cleaning the house. When I decided to sell in October/November, it was a no-brainer which agency I would be going with. Narelle and David sold my house phenomenally fast and for a very good price, and kept me updated at every step of the sales process. I cannot thank Narelle and the entire Obrien team enough for how easy and seamless they have made this process for me, and how quickly they worked to resolve the issues I was having and make the best out of a bad situation. Everybody has been so patient and supportive throughout this entire process, and the way they have handled this nightmare has been incredible. I am so grateful for all that theyve done for me, and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who is looking for a real estate agent. They truly are the best of the best!
