I cannot say enough good things regarding First National Nicholson and Natalie Marr. I was overseas when the decision was made to sell my rental property and Natalie managed and looked after everything from painting to lawn mowing and even getting a pool certificate. She got a good price in a depressed market and I would recommend her to anyone wanting to sell their home.

I genuinely rate Natalie five stars for all the areas - she knew which streets were the best in our area of sale and could communicate this with buyers. I was totally confident in her professionalism and I knew she was absolutely working for us throughout the process to get us the best deal possible - and she handled negotiations fantastically. She responds to emails, calls and texts in a timely manner and kept us informed throughout the whole process. Cannot recommend her enough.
